Bison Bushcraft Knife Yu-Shoku: V-Toku 2 Carbon Mokume 2/3 size

This 2/3 size Bison Bushcraft knife is made from Japanese Hi Carbon Damascus Steel.

Yo- Shoku is pre laminated with V Toku2 carbon steel core with mokume cladding ( forged copper,brass and stainless steel ) by a DPS system that adds a thin nickel shim between the core steel and mokume cladding.

The colourful layers supporting the inner core of high carbon steel shine out on the spine and bevel.

Matching the theme of the steel I have used ancient bog oak scales secured with Bronze pins and thong tube and burnished liners giving an antiqued tortoiseshell appearance.

With a 27 degree scandi grind and hardness at the core of 63 hrc the performance should be exemplary.

Supplied in an oak tanned and oiled belt scabbard.
