This upswept slender blade of AEB-L Stainless Carbon Tool Steel is designed for use in carcase preparation, however it functions as a general purpose field knife if needed. The curve to the tip aiding the use with your work vertically hanging infront of you. The narrowness of the blade aids with some of the deeper and more difficult cuts around the pelvis. It has a fine high sabre grind with a secondary bevel to the edge. The handle is a full tang construction with fibre liners and burlap canvas micarta scales. The handle is shaped with a natural feeling guard shape to prevent your hand sliding forward
