A new design to complement my range of bushcraft knives. Made from robust 4mm Rwl34 stainless tool steel that is in turn derived from a ball bearing steel. Featuring a distinctive shaped pommel that aids grip retention and a comfortable “coke bottle” profile for comfort in use.
The 100mm blade length ( just over a palm width ) is suitably sized for all camp craft and woodcraft projects. The Scandi grind needs no introduction and is the perfect grind for woodcraft and other tasks whilst having an easily maintained edge.
The handle on this knife is highly figured stabilised English Elm Burl laid over brick red fibre liners held securely in place with brass Loveless bolts and complementing brass thong tube.
Hardened and tempered to 61hrc and presented in a deep carry right handed oiled leather belt pouch.
