3 sizes: Using a felt tip pen, draw round your foot and trim any excess off.  Please be generous with your fit, as the felt can slightly shrink when subjected to moisture and friction. Or draw around existing insoles.

• Large: 32.5cms

If you have any sort of foot problem, it’s well worth trying these natural shoe insoles for comfort. They also make a great gift for gardeners, fishermen or anyone who spends time out of doors in all weathers – or anyone who complains of cold feet.  They are now being used in the Antarctic!

A dab of PVA or similar glue on the ball and heel of the insole helps to keep them in place.
