Harking back to my roots many years ago, this Bison Bushcraft knife is the first design profile I ever made. As per the originals, this one is made from O1 high carbon tool steel at 3mm thick. The scandi grind blade is a handy 90mm long ( approximately a palm width ) and the spine is square ground to strike a ferro rod as supplied fitted to the front of the veg tanned belt pouch. The handle comprises of antler bolsters, mitred into burr elm scales over red ocre liners fitted together with nickel silver pins and thong tube.
