We have created The Jackpine shirt range to make available our short runs of shirts made in one off fabrics. We buy in yarn and cloth from other UK mills and wool producers with the aim of reducing waste and producing exclusive quality natural fibre shirts and clothing.
The shirt layout is similar to our Forester shirt with an open front with button closure and two chest pockets. The difference being with The Jackpine we have added a traditional collar and you may notice on some shirts that the pockets and shoulder yoke are cut on the bias ( diagonally). This is so we can get the most out fo these short lengths of fabric.
Update May 2026: We have just created a short run of our Jackpine shirts in a designer fabric that we were able to source. We cannot name the company the fabric came from, suffice to say it is top quality. Lighter weight than our normal but densely woven and so soft to the touch. We have used smaller pearl snaps for the closures on these as a hallmark of their quality. In a dark green tartan check these Jackpine RL shirts are already flying out by word of mouth before going online!
Check your desired colour and size, if not available its unlikely it will be as we only use limited length rolls of fabric.
