The Järv Series is built on three of Casström’s most trusted outdoor knives: the Lars Fält Knife, the Woodsman, and the No.10 SFK. Each model has been reimagined with a slimmer 3.2 mm blade thickness, giving the knives a lighter, more agile feel without compromising the durability and reliability they’re known for.

No.10 SFK Järv — Versatile by Nature

A true all-round outdoor knife, the No.10 SFK Järv performs equally well as a bushcraft knife, hunting knife, and general wilderness tool. Its renowned ergonomic “whaleback” handle shape offers exceptional comfort during prolonged use, while the versatile blade design makes it ideal for carving, game preparation, camp chores, and everyday outdoor tasks.

This robust full-tang knife is built for versatility - you can use it for bushcraft, hunting and various tasks in the great outdoors. It is a very sturdy knife that you can use to skin a moose as well as carve hard wood or split smaller logs. The blade is about 10cm long and made from approx. 4mm thick O2 high carbon tool steel (Böhler K720 ) heat treated to achieve a hardness of 58-60 HRC. The knife is sharpened with a Scandinavian grind . The blade has a satin finish.

The handle is 12cm long and available in a variety of materials. Between the handle scales and steel are black liners to increase durability over time . The handle is secured with strong brass rivets which also gives the No.10 a classic look. The wood has been treated with a traditional Scandinavian linseed mixture. The knife comes with a very sturdy cognac brown knife sheath (black for the green micarta version) made from 3mm thick vegetable tanned leather. The sheaths have an extra wide belt loop, an opening in the bottom for liquid, and a hole for a lanyard strap.
