This beautiful Nordic knife has an amazing pedigree of materials from my top shelf. The blade is 109mm of Damasteel (PMC27 & RWL34) with a 27 degree scandi zero grind and straight Nordic style spine. The handle that is all adorned with nickel silver pins and thong tube is of stabilised and 30 year seasoned English boxwood and truly ancient (and stabilised) Mammoth bone bolsters. The etched Damasteel pattern continues around the tang throughout the handle that is set apart from the boxwood with black liners. Presented in an Oak Tanned belt scabbard this is both a stunning knife and a practical using tool.
